Hey @Chris_Winterhalter (mentions still not working here), thanks for your assistance.Well, the theme has only yesterday been decided, so the project has become even more time sensitive.I mean something like an overgrown high-end cabana with a terrace, drinks and snacks (can't disclose the exact location) where a major source of revenue is renting out the benches at an exclusive part of the beach.The building can stand there for half the year, but has to be deconstructed in October and reconstructed in March.We can use the current building for this year, but it won't structurally last the reconstruction for long.By the way, have there been any puns on your last name this past season?

Besides the Black Diamond meetings, Justin's BP meetup and the meetings Paul mentioned there is the NEREIA in Chelmsford (Last meeting would have been last Wed but was canceled for the snow storm), the Boston AREIA in Medford and @Mike Hurney has a couple meetings on the North Shore.

They meet the second Wed of the month.

I remember the theme of the show being "I am pregnant with my brother's baby" or something close to that.That made me laugh.

Since then, everything has gone great but my savings hasn't grown as quickly as I'd hoped (apparently weddings cost money). 

I decorate mine in respect to the theme and location of the property.

I office near the Med Center and always enjoy meeting other investors.

Not sure what kind of photo work you do but if it's things like portraits or weddings and those are in the evening or on weekends, that could allow parts of the days that could be put to doing your woodworking.

. - one theme that I am seeing here, and that I see a lot of at my day job, is specialized knowledge, and its ability to put an investor at or near the top of his/her competitive pool.
