Anywhere else I should be posting to get traffic?

If needed, I might switch to listing at a $100-$200 lower price without the utilities to get more foot traffic. 

Thats a lot of money for the city and of course all the tourist dollars that come with the foot traffic.  

The Munising area has been really busy and growing with all the traffic from Pictured Rocks Nat.

But you can drive traffic immediately to it.. but don't expect a deal yet.In the meantime do some humble direct mail marketing and go relentless on SEO.

I think RE always and deals and search the web, network all day everyday.

People like Lehigh Valley, and I get that, but NJ will always have traffic and business, despite the high taxes. 

some people don't want the innards of there house on the web.. worried about thieves.. etc.

If you are considering a short commute (nothing is short in LA...soooo much traffic) you might want to consider Studio City/Valley Village, just on the other side of the canyon (much better area, less traffic, more scenic route to commute instead of 101HWY).

I'm also a Veteran, so keep that in mind for later.About the property: It is a Class C Mixed Use building in the heart of downtown La Crosse, WI, which gets excellent vehicle/foot traffic.
