When I first started my STR business in 2019, I watched F&G and other similar videos (such as Noelle Randall on business credit cards), and subsequently started making application for business cards.  

Anomalies are put on watch lists and reviewed for valuation. 

First, for a rental, should we just go with very basic cabinetry, perhaps from IKEA or is there anything particular we should watch out for or look to get?

What should I expect and watch out for with these strategies in Southern California?

Read up, tune into talks, and watch online classes about different methods in investing, deal checks, finance options, and taking care of property.

I've watched a similar development fill up within the last year.  

From here I found a two neighborhoods where I thought I would likely find cash flowing properties.In these two neighborhoods I watched every house for what it was listed for rent, how long it took to rent and what houses sold for.
