Id either look for a used fridge from a used appliance store that delivers ($200)  or a cheap new Fridge($400).

Personally, I wouldn't even consider having either store install something like a HVAC system.  

Your looking at a blended cost of capital around 24%.When I run my hedge fund, we get a blended cost of capital of less than 5% using a credit facility/warehouse line based on Libor at 3.25% currently blended with the targe returns of the fund at 8% (10% to 11% if interest is compounded).

Cell phones, rent, credit cards(get secured if you can't get regular), store cards, gas cards(those seem harder to get for some reason).
