The alternative is that we are both currently establishing ourselves in industries that allow remote/freelance work here while on the path to FI, and instead of teaching down there I can do volunteer projects.

Hi, I'm the listing Agent for a 9,373 sqft stand alone building in a Shopping center in El Paso, TX and need to lease it out, the actual 15 year tenant Family Dollar is not renewing their second option, the building will be available on July.English is not my native language and I need some help to write up a letter offering the building to National tenants and I want to be a nice letter that makes sense to American business people, I need help here.Any ideas or volunteers?

@Ethan Smith if you have too much free time you can focus on other things - you family/kids, volunteering for local community, focus on learning something, etc. life can never be boring if you keep it busy.
