A long overdue victory for the little guy to have his own roof is on its way...

To be sure, this by no means suggests and easy victory or quick return to lower rates.

I now feel refinancing may actually be the way to go but through another lender as my current lender may be upset and call the loan due.

I don't say these things to make people upset, but to get people to think about the system and how it could be improved.

Unfortunately, some people get upset about receiving my letter and then they post negative reviews on my Facebook page and online sites. 

As agents we all the know the risk of working on a deal and you get a sale fail and you don't get paid its happened to us all.. or your once best friend you hauled around to show houses for 3 months buys a FSBO and can't understand why your upset.... civilians just don't understand the industry until they walk in our shoes..

Don't be upset about what happened, it's normal and it's business and just move on.

Simply avoiding any major upward pressure in rates is a victory today.

To those upset about the lack of compensation, blogging and speaking means different things to different people at different times.
