Only have members on your LLC with good credit 680 and above, you can use a will to plan for unexpected circumstances.

Secondly, unfortunately, I’m at a ‘start over’ point in my life and am also looking to start with lower priced properties.

Unfortunately this is not as apparent and may require speaking with past borrowers but I would go with the lender with a streamlined and rationale draw process even if the underwriting/ origination process requires more of my time & completing/ turning over additional documentation.

Just very unfortunate situation for all and I do not think these younger tenants understand the permanancy of eviction. 

The concept seems to generally make sense, but it's unfortunate that there doesn't appear to be a grandfathering of older liens before they changed the rules and cost thousands of people tens of thousands of dollars in lost bid premiums.
