You can always tweak things once you're a little more experienced or know your area better. 

Once you've built a floor plan or developed land for residential, commercial or industrial buildings, it's basically tweak, rinse, and repeat based on the project.

By tweaking just a few words it changes the posting and gets resent out to everybody that is signed up on those sites (that maybe looking in your area).
