He keeps the temperature in the house on at a good temp but there is a few water issues in the basement.

Plumber, and only because they are good - Weld and Sons Plumbing....very solid work, reliable, punctual.  

If the tenants are willing to stay and can do so temperature wise due to the season, I would offer them a discount on this month's rent.

By the way what is the average temperature in Hamiltion NJ during the months you will be selling this home, Mid 80's?  

Wednesday (2 days ago) my wife informed when I got out of bed that the HVAC was inop as the house wasn't holding temperature.

I’m interested in purchasing my first tax lien property in Weld County Colorado.

Zillow.com lists the market temperature as "Very Hot."

But i heard heat pumps are not very efficient  in very  low  cold temperatures.  

Cleaned them up, welded loose frames and fabricated drip pans & cooking grates, repainted them, then took them back to properties. 

Not sure there are any real advantages using containers, besides maybe the “cool” factor, especially after you start hacking them up, welding them together, and punching holes in them for doors and windows.
