Hi,I am refinancing a property and we need to get a survey done on it.

It's documentation work, vendor survey, quote request and other general admin work.I would like to see if anyone has used VA for a similar purpose and what's your experience on it?

I spoke with a second insurance agent in that area this afternoon who also said it wasn't possible for him to get me an accurate quote without the elevation certificate/survey. 

I can probably cut windows on the back of the bedrooms and get some light in via windows from the porch/staircase...but not an ideal solution.This being a foreclosure the bank is not going to provide survey, so I am ordering survey.

Being a salesperson (agent), manager, craftsman, surveys, appraisals, finances, law?

Get a new survey done and section off the 1 acre the house is located on, as it doesn't get reported to the county as Ag Exempt anyhow.

From when to go for financing to when a survey is done.

In addition to drafting a marketing campaign, I suggest researching or perhaps even surveying potential customers.  

After the points, you will be paying for a survey, appraisal and other title fees (like attorney fee).
