In the future with more inventory I'll just put it on one tab with different columns to give it categories and keep it straight, just throw a pivot table/pivot chart over it and you have all the reporting you need.

Hi all,What do you think about this:If you had a $300k mortgage that you had to port or else you would pay a hefty fee of $17,000, would you be better off paying the fee and getting new mortgages at lower interest in smaller deals on your own, or would it be better to JV with someone who will not put money in on a five year deal but take care of the management role and split revenue?

@Ryan Moore if you aren't using tricky things in Excel like pivot tables and some of the more complicated formulas, use LibreOffice.

Being in Escrow, I have a fine line to walk before muddying the lines and my role, so investing has been hard to do.

I got that idea from my friend who is a real Pro who is a  fantastic role model

Taxes are definitly high and do play a bug role in flipping.

I don't think people expect big industry to play a big role in the Berkshires' future.

Market cycles also play a role.  

In my current role at my 9-5 job, I can't hold an active license but this will be good info for me to keep in the back of my mind for down the road.
