Communities like these are terrific, but I feel getting out and actually meeting and getting to talk to other passionate people in real estate would help immensely.

I’m passionate about real estate investing (i think) and interested in saving up for my first short term rental property. 

I found myself attending in-person networking almost weekly prior to the pandemic, but we live in a different world, and the digital shift has made it harder.Currently looking for personal investment deals in the area, and also passionate about connecting other local investors with trusted service providers.

I'm a fan of letting our kids go through stress but knowing when it turns into distress and stepping in to help if I can (financially or otherwise).

Also, big fan of Charleston, SC.

I'm Brian from Loves Park, Illinois, passionate about real estate investing for a few years (its waxed and waned) because of family and work commitments.

And no I am not going to go into paid training as I personally do not believe most investors are really capitalized well enough to protect those they are buying these props from when crap hits the fan and it does and it will.
