If you like the person, allow them to mini-JV a deal with you on a smaller scale and teach them inside of that framework.If you have never mentored or coached, you have to be very careful as most "students" think it will be way easier than it is and want you to make it happen.

My only comment would be that they get you set up with 4 sessions to get set up and I felt like it got me to about 50% of what Hostaway can do and the rest was up to me.
