Hi all, I have a question about international investing.

I would like to develop internationally one day, but for now I have teamed up with my sister and made a couple of wholesale deals.

I'm looking for any investors that are looking for an intern or assistant to coach the business to.

-I prefer newer homes / town homes because I frequently travel internationally and thus don't want to deal with frequent repairs.

I know international investors don't mind those kinds of numbers but for a first purchase, I'm a bit more patient.

My goal is to buy what flippers say "does not have enough meat on the bone", a B- condition on the surface property but with good internals, in an A neighboorhood, then fix it up over time so that it's better than average. 

I can provide bank statements (both in the US and Internationally), proof of pay from Foreign company, and have a high credit score. 

One offs or someone who does a few a year may be responsive to you but they will struggle to get a crafted solution to an issue together in a timely fashion.
