Good evening guys! My name is Carlst Jean-Philippe and I am a real estate analyst intern and I just wanted to say that it is an honor to be amongst you all. I hope to learn, absorb from you guys! Honestly, I have no experience in Real Estate Investing. I am just learning. So far I've done comps, still working on land comps and saw one phone call conducted by my boss.
