Newbie and International Investor in US
Hi,
I am looking to purchase a property in Houston and also one in Detroit.
Should I create an LLC in Michigan and keep both properties under the one in Michigan or open 2 LLCs (1 in MI and 1 in TX)?
The properties are for long term hold for cash-flow generation.
