hii bought a house in las vegas in nov 2011, but when we closed the title company put the wrong address down. i then corrected it with the county in dec. i never got any mail or welcome package from the hoa. i didnt know who it was, and didnt know if it was billed monthly quarterly or yearly. last week i called my RE salesperson because it has been 6 months and still nothing.

We're a young and small group coming up on three years young in Nov and about 183 members and growing.

Think about the assembly line, transportation, medicine and vaccines, the Internet, etc -- these are all massive innovation drivers that created millions of jobs and generated huge economic booms in this country for the past 100 years.Innovation doesn't happen in a vacuum...innovation is kick-started through education and research.

There were rumors this was supposed to happen in Nov of 2009.

Yes I have, just looking for more innovative was to build a list.
