Picture a tenant with their ceiling caved in, calls the city to get code enforcement to harass you about that repair, you finally find someone who can do the work and is willing to show up and then the tenant refuses access to the repair man.

It might make sense to have stronger barriers to discourage this type of behavior, as there is a poster in particular that has been on here over the last month+ harassing many of the women posters, and every time he gets banned he's back the next day (or that day) with a new pseudonym.

I get 7 e-mail accounts so I set a junk account for this stuff.On the forms to get info you can just do a fictitious phone and name.You don't want them harassing you.On my main e-mail I get junk there is no way around it.I just go through the important e-mails and once a day click the junk to send to trash and delete the trash.
