Yes it is very unprecedented times and I worry that the worst is still ahead of us, as far as a potential housing crisis that ensue in the upcoming months depending on how long this lasts and what happens with rent / mortgages, but I do think real estate is a safer investment than stocks right now in the fact that you won't see houses fluctuate 30% in one month, but there definitely is a lot of fear and uncertainty in my local market right now for sure.
