COVID-19 Single-family homes prices

So does COVID-19 have changed the platform of our current economy . I have seen local in Florida in the treasure coast central Florida locations Single family homes prices are coming down. For the fourth quarter I was thinking to purchase some homes to add to my buy-and-hold rental portfolio any suggestion strategies I should look into.
