Seed=action, for me to grow my garden I have to take action and do something... anything. clean up space (make room); weed (out bad ideas that are crowding out dream from growing); plant seed(some action) do something that is productive to care for this garden.

That said, $65K is not much seed money for a flipping business in southern California, and the cost and complexity of the structure may not be worth it unless you also have a good chunk of personal funds to put into the entity as well.

You can also import into qgis, it's easy to learn, and draw geofences around the area you are interested in, then export to xls and mailmerge for your postcards.This way you own the list and do not have to pay per use, ie it is not seeded, and you can also see a lot patterns visually, ie hotspots, etc if you use a gis app. 

I have considered partners, I planted a couple seeds on that front.

Gilroy just barely regrouped its historical price(see my ActiveRain blog posted) after 4 years of sustained growth.To push up the demand there got to have more highly compensated jobs fueled by VC seeded money. 

I feel bad for the landlords, but am dismayed that a couple of bad seeds are ruining it for everybody.My question is this: Is there anything that would sway the "no pet" people to consider a truly lovely dog in their rental?
