The kiss of death:Binding Arbitration The Parties agree that any and all claims, controversies, breaches or disputes arising from or related to this Agreement, including those pertaining to the formation, construction, performance, applicability, interpretation, or enforce-ability of this Agreement, or any claim or assertion that all or part of this Agreement is void or voidable, shall be settled by binding arbitration according to the procedures of The Federal Arbitration Act which shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and proceedings pursuant to the arbitration clause in this agreement.

My first days and I'm already getting hello's from Celebrities... that's awesome!

The excitement of the deal will have to be the payoff, maybe a nice dinner with partners to celebrate that, but I cannot lose sight of long term goals. 

It is funny that I was just listening to 6th show this morning (trying to learn by listening to old shows, as a newbie) and heard you guys celebrating 25K listens to the show, and now, I see this thread about 2.5 Million -- all I can say is wow!!

Discovery channel's Mike Rowe has made a profitable career celebrating the people who performs the jobs that others don't want to or even refuse to do.

Charlie LeDuff is a total celebrity around here, and for good reason -- he does amazing stuff.Michigan recently passed a few laws meant to expedite evictions and increase punishments for squatters.

It seems to me that the appetite to grant TIF districts has always been controversial but with strained tax base I would guess even more daunting.I have never personally been involved in this space so my experience is limited.
