Newbie from Grand Rapids MN!!!!

Hey All!

My name is Zak Kruse. I'm excited to be here to learn and also add value any way I can! I am a fairly new investor who found BP through the GREAT podcast that has helped me a ton! I work with my beautiful wife, my not so beautiful brother (who am I kidding, he's way better looking than me), and his beautiful wife. Our company name is Arkazy Properties LLC located in Grand Rapids, MN. We currently own one SFR and love buy and hold investing. We would like to expand that a bit more and also venture into rehabbing/fix and flip here in the next year! Right now I am soaking up as much as I can and learning what the best way to grow for us is! Any advice is always appreciated!! Looking forward to getting the community, and thanks for all you have done already!!!!
