The water went down to the basement from the kitchen ground and the ceiling of the basement was completely ruined (I finished the basement not long ago).

I retro fit them into the ceilings to replace old light fixtures.The last time they went this low I bought 50 & used them all before I could get more.

All flooring has been removed, a lot of sheetrock in the ceiling and walls have been removed, much of the insulation has been removed and the kitchen cabinets and bath vanities have been removed.
