Does anyone know if this could cause any issues with 1031 requirements?

As an agent I could pull it off, but someone who doesn't have experience, you can do more harm than good.

If you suggesting that winter is causing insurance to be higher, two things: the last years or see we call it brown grass season here in Milwaukee, because we don't get much snow anymore.

Especially now that home values are about to increase again, mostly in part to lower rates as of last week and still lower to come after the election and into 2025.As these mortgage rates continue to drop further it will cause more buyers to come off of the side line putting in offers. 

The software will not be harmed if you buy something that devastates you financially.

Roofs, flashing, gutters, downspouts, grading all are important things with shedding water off of and away from a house but people often don't think about these things until they have a problem that has caused damage and then its expensive!

I purchased my Los Angeles (Compton) 4-bedroom home in 2013 for 240K; according to Redfin, it is now worth 686K. 2 years ago the entire house was completely renovated (Insurance claim) due to a burst pipe that caused extensive damage while vacant. 

I also suspect that several other's will follow realizing that your website could use more financial support and it also is for a good cause (supporting competitiveness and Free Market)
