Out of town.  Customer calls at 8:30 pm.  His unit door is off its track.  Wants to get his corvette out for the weekend to drive.  He is pissed off.  Someone tried to break into his unit he thinks.

Got to the hotel on our travel, with good connection so we can look back at the video history.  Looked thru two weeks of history.  Customer is the only one touching the door from the last time he parked.  Watching him. He parked backwards.  Looks like his tire bumped the door jamb which caused the track to move.   Later we had a huge wind storm come thru.   Think it pushed the door off the track.

Called our building contractor and talked with their manager.  Said it would be Monday.  Today is Friday.  They already had their day planned.  Ok.

Owner called back 5 minutes later.  Said they would be there in an hour.

TEAM.

Stick with your team.  When you get their bill pay them the same day in Person.  Plan ahead and don’t make a lot of changes.  Don't go penny shopping.

If it is Sunday and 7pm I can call any of our contractors and they are happy to hear from me.  Make them your business partners.

Our bankers are more than happy to loan money.  Also extend balloon or amort periods 5 to 7 years.  Stick with your Team.
