Smart STVR hosts/managers are booking 100% of their reservations off platform, all direct.

I love Sac because it's relatively friendly towards STR, which is my specialty (I host over 100 Airbnb listings).

I have a couple of PMs that I have established mentorships with, and I have access to a few groups via our PMS Hostfully that I can collaborate with, but I will take all the help I can get so if you can direct me towards STR mastermind groups I'll definitely take a look!

You can't leave the keys on the counter unless you want to leave the door unlocked which would encourage a host of problems.
