So, rentals are really a cash flow technique.That being said, you really can’t be having too much in losses otherwise then you aren’t making any money!

It sounds like they are not behaving ethically. 

Sub-metering if possible is a good option, otherwise the landlord shouldn't be having you pay for utilities in the first place. 

I got a lot of responses but I decided to take the house off the market to get a feel for how bad tenants can behave in the current environment. 

At this point I don’t blame the people so much, they have been worked into a frenzy and that’s how people behave when in panic.

Hey guys, What I seem to be having a hard time finding is how do LLC's typically build credit in order to get further loans for income properties?
