I want to play poker with some of you guys.  

I am very liquid but I am a professional poker player which makes getting a loan tricky since they consider me 100% commission based.

I currently work FT, however I'm debating on playing poker FT in a years time.

@Judy Parker Thank you so much for taking your time and responding.I am new in this business and I get worried easily.I dont mind if she is trying to use the security deposit.I wish these tenants could think about our situation.Its very disrespectful when someone don’t respond.They wont understand what we go through until they own their house and have a tenant in their house.

Just had a house down the street sold cash little over  265k asking price was 265k it was foreclosure needing  major updating ,really cleaned could  get 350k .The house only got a little above asking price 6-8  months back it would have been a mad poker game on bidding on it .
