I want to find local people, but anytime I post on instagram or something I get tons of reaction from California, Florida, and North Carolina but hardly any Massachusetts based people.

I've been getting a lot of questions over on my Instagram and I wanted to make sure I shared the answers with you all as well!

Instagram can be impactful, as well, although growing your following may require more effort.

Start asking/looking around in your local area for agents (instagram is great for watching agents) and see who (which agent) seems to be informative and helpful in teaching the process of buying/selling real estate.
