If a client delivers detailed, timely, well-organized docs, there should be no reason or excuse for material errors such as the ones you described.

From what I am reading the tenant is not asking you to deliver anything to her.

Were the later materials actually "incorporated into the house" (I assume they were not acting in any way as just a "material supplier" so simply buying them and even delivering them without installing them would not count as work).

They give you up to $5K credit, deliver the whole caboodle and you can have them set it up or do it yourself.

If you fail to deliver purchase you can lost your deposit. 

They are delivering it as an empty property, so you would be starting from scratch with rents.

I've had to deliver them once or twice.

I have always sent or hand delivered to tenant a formal letter\notice at least 2 weeks before closing of the transfer of lease agreement, security deposits, and tentative date of the closing. 

Our downtown market has had record breaking number of new units being delivered over the last few years.
