Hi All ~ In a recent episode of Real Estate Rookie, Tony + Ashley referenced a platform that you can link to your hosting platform that will allow guests to book add-ons directly; they were advising someone who wanted to offer the option of daily passes to a local gym.I'm actually needing/would love to have something like this, + didn't know that such platforms existed.

Again there was a lot of info given at the 3 day and I did like the idea of being able to utilize their platform for a year for free (Well of course the event cost $300) but I somehow felt we would need more "education", mentoring and help.

@Scott Watson - Are you asking how to approach guests or how to do it in whatever platform you use?

I'm open to hearing all perspectives, hence why i'm reaching out to different platforms and taking in as much knowledge as i can. 

I have a Self Directed Roth IRA and currently use it to loan money to house flippers on the fintech platform, GroundFloor. 

Here's the issue: Airbnb is showing 14.3k search impressions between December 13th and today, whereas VRBO only shows 232 in the last 30 days.Is this level of search visibility normal, even for new listings, on VRBO, or could there be something potentially wrong with my listing on the platform?

I've tried 5 different rent collection platforms and Turbotenant is by far my favorite.
