I have listened to a lot of the podcast and also browsed on here to know that this might be a foolish question.How "unreasonable" is it to want property management when you first start out?

From browsing BP or sites like Trulia, Zillow and the MLS?

When browsing NPNs on the internet note sale sites I frequently see NPN for sale that, in my mind, should be time barred by the applicable state's statute of limitations.

I found the deal browsing through listings and contacted a realtor who was also an investor.

But, was just browsing online and stumbled upon a guy selling a decent trane 3 ton unit close to me that he apparently bought for a home he lived in temporarily or something and only used for 1.5-2 years. 

I don’t have a specific property as I’m browsing and trying to see what’s a good deal/ bad deal.
