After a wonderful weekend trip to Atlanta to check out neighborhoods we want to invest in, we came to the following conclusions.

Are you prepared to spend every weekend either involved in wedding events, or delegating to other folks and making arrangements to be away from your property?

We would ideally like to work nights/weekends until we had enough funds to support doing this full time.

Going to Philly this weekend, hoping to see some properties. 

I'm attending the Jake & Gino event in Nashville this weekend to build my network there. 

I signed up for Bigger Pockets Pro and calculated my numbers to see if they work out for me going forward or are they just bad deals.I am going to start looking at properties to buy this weekend and was wondering if anyone would like to take a look at a few reports I’ve done.

In Jacksonville, the 2 bedroom apartments are usually rented by young Marines who have to live on base but want a crashpad for weekend shenanigans.

I work a full-time schedule of 12-hr shifts, and my schedule is different every week and includes weekends, so there is no way I can take a classroom course without quitting my job.
