You know what i've found to help "distract" from custom fonts and helps them look more hand written...putting some sort of decorative stamp or sticker in the lower left corner.  

I ordered the stickers from a company online called flaire.

I sent them in an invitation envelope, not sealed but tucked under, hand addressed in red, with a two line return address sticker on the back and a real stamp.I hold down a full time job, so it has been quite busy and challenging for me to call them all back, frankly.

The only expenses that the owner said he had was insurance $800/yr, taxes $550/year, registration stickers $300/year.  

There are stickers posted on the windows stating that the house is abandoned.

If you didn't get any lender credit because you paid cash or for some other reason, you could be seeing sticker price of the closing costs. 

Lastly, I'm in sticker shock from the umbrella insurance quote I got from our State Farm rep (we've had everything...home/5 cars/son's renters) under SF for over 30 years...the $1m policy is over $1100 per year additional to what we already have.

I'm going to ask @William 'W.J' Mencarow to put a special sticker on BP attendee's badges so we can find each other!  

I would give notice to vacate via an email, certified mail and door sticker.  

Not surprisingly he tried negotiating the rent, it seems like Americans are far more likely to just accept a sticker price for things.
