The rental market in Rocky Mt is pretty soft so I need to look elsewhere for opportunity to grow.

Aside from learned knowledge through the internet, what hands-on, hard and soft skills would you seasoned veterans of the industry recommend to learn/work?

If there are no tenants renting right now, it may indicate the rentals market is soft. 

Check the floors for soft spots around the doors and windows.  

Glad it had snowed so much and I had the driveway cleared or he wouldn't have had such a soft landing.

Ive been soft on them because this happens to be my gfs house and ive basically hidden the issue from her so she doesnt flip a gasket, (i told her to move out it would be cool and id handle her house).  

They have soft close doors/drawers and the drawers are full extension.

I did a soft mailing with only about 25 letters to people who had filed within the last 3 months and I got five phone calls--all of whom were not close to being able to make a decision.
