How to find a 10 acre Ranch in Houston

Hi everybody,

I have an investor looking for a ranch 10 acres or more, I don't know what he wants it for, but I know he is not going to build.

I searched MLS and found a land for him, but he said this is not what he is looking for.

Thank you in advance.

There is a 25 acre piece of land with frontage on Lake Conroe, waterfall, personal boat launch, 2 storage barns, fence with horses, round pen, bass filled pond, gated entrance. It is near Willis off of fm830 in Outpost Cove
