Right now I am spending a lot of time in book stories/libraries trying to soak in as much as I can.

Soak up as much info as you can from the site, there are so VERY experienced investors on this site that can guide you along, best of luck Justin and try to make it to our BP meet up on March 12 in NYC.

Hello BP members,I am one year away from getting into to real estate and am i hear to soak up as much information about everything i possibly can.

After talking to him it planted the seed for us to buy a vacation rental on Mt Hood.

A lot of free content out there, soak up as much free content as possible but action is the key, I was terrified when I started but I knew I had to try some of the stuff I learned.BAM, it worked

I look at everything as a learning experience and I will try to soak up as much as I can here.

We rely entirely on Craigslist for advertising, refreshing it when it falls to the bottom fo the lsit, and being very descriptive with photos and features.Seems like this would be a good time to rent, with people getting tax return seed money.
