Hey hey from Tulsa, OK
My name is Dylan and I bring nothing to the table! :D However, in the future I hope to accumulate a vast knowledge and spread it to newcomers like myself. Although REI is relatively new to me, I see it as a challenge I could devote my life to. At the moment, I am still a confused college student that can't make up his mind on a major. I have a great GPA ect, its just that when I jump into something I can't see myself doing it for the rest of my life. I also spent the last 3 years using online poker to supplement my income, which has worked nicely. But recently I have no desire to play anymore and I have been devoting all my time into investing/finance.. which is what brought me into the world of REI.
I am a real dedicated and focused person. REI seems to be right up my ally. I've always been known as a charismatic people person with a mathematical mind, but I lack most handyman skills. At the moment I am reading through rental/land lording material. When I get started I'll also be keeping an eye out for any rehab properties as well (only the ones with cosmetic repairs). Its all so exciting, yet intimidating! MikeOH's game plan seems to be very solid but I still have much to learn before I set on my own. Right now I am spending a lot of time in book stories/libraries trying to soak in as much as I can. I've drifted through these forums for a week or so now and figured I might as well join in :)
So here I am. Get ready for all my stupid questions BPs!
