Example:Hey mami, if you have ever considered selling your housed or are ever interested in the future I want you to know that we offer cash for houses, close as quickly as 3 minutes, or on your schedule and we don't care about liens, repairs condition etc., etc.

If both trust and LLC are disregarded the property is being reported on your joint return Schedule E.
