Hi BP members, can anybody help me make contact with a real estate manager in KC.I have a teneted property that has been hastle free up until now.My agent has advised she is leaving KC shortly and its difficult finding references or contacting agents from overseas.My house is located at E 40th st, KC.

We never quite got anything going because we were still both in school, and other expenses ate up our downpayment.  

My bobcat wasnt big enough to run this bushhog , my kubota tractor was too slow knocking the bamboo over , this tracked bobcat was a beast it was like a small bulldozer , it ate just about anything in its path .

He has the psychological part DOWN to a tee and knows the long game of buying properties and giving people what they need. 

High maintenance, high turnovers really ate into cash flow.  

congrats on saving money @Alex Dimov, at 20 years old if i had $5,000 saved up i would have spent $4,900 on car parts and ate ramen until the next paycheck!

Only bad tenant I had was inherited, rented for 2 months, left not paying the last month so I ate their deposit. 

How do I seper ate the seller and the possible buyers  

I've looked at the numbers and it seems with cap-ex, income will be eventually ate up.
