These banks are the OG DSCR lenders and will generally offer the best rates and terms.  

Even Northwest has alot of development going in, and the 303 is offering good support to connect freeway access over there. 

Look at their finishes and what they offer guests, use that as your baseline, then improve upon it.

There were people out and about smiling and offering free food to other residents.Through the ups and downs, we continue to believe in the project and the area.
