Sinks, light fixtures, microwaves, etc. fits in my lil' truck.

@Steph C. cabinets+ counter tops were 4200 ballpark I don't have the reciept handy for quartz I paid cash.....Not Ikea though, China quartz.Stove and microwave were Ikea too 1040.

But, when I hear about parents putting their kids in microwaves, dryers, or all the other psychos that abuse their kids -- or leave them on top of a car -- I start to think it's not such a bad idea.

Microwaves at big box stores are $150.  

I take responsibility and budget for EVERYTHING else (stove/oven, built in microwave, dishwasher, etc).

I do have some properties with built in microwave over range but it came like that.

I think I'll be able to modify the cabinets to fit a new range with microwave hood, fridge, and dishwasher and not need to do anything to the finish.

But when they leave dirty dishes, dirty microwave (which I don't use), food on the counters etc etc etc . . .

Just curious if anyone has any first hand knowledge of legal or court decisions that hold whether installed appliances like Refrigerator, built in microwave, gas range, dishwasher would be considered "personal property" in a foreclosure situation.In other words, are they legal for the outgoing owner to strip from a home after a foreclosure auction.I know we could debate this, but I am looking for any actual legally tested situations you are aware of.Thanks
