Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I've spoken to lenders who don't seem to have an issue with it, as long as the DSCR is adequate.

Realtors and lenders are usually the easiest to locate, while property managers and contractors can be more challenging to find.

Having a solid team around you like agent, lender etc.
