STR on a L1B Visa
Hey there, I'm a UK National working in the US under a L1B visa. Does anyone have experience of setting up a STR while in the same position? I've spoken to lenders who don't seem to have an issue with it, as long as the DSCR is adequate. I'm more curious about implications under the visa.
