Our city leadership has never been better and with UC Merced (the newest campus in the UC system), we will continue to see growth for many years.Of course, there are are areas of Merced you wouldn't want to invest, but for the most part, there's something for everyone here.

Hi Dan-I would recommend the collaboration of Strategies and principles by ancient Taoist/Zen masters in 'The Way of Leadership' read by Thomas Cleary- it's an amazing audiobook on the "Timeless Strategies for Success from Zen and Taoist Masters."

Delegating may not seem like a team activity, but for a project manager, or someone in a leadership role, delegating becomes essential to move the team in a unified effective direction.
