Delegating

Hello Everyone,

I found this article to be very interesting. Delegating may not seem like a team activity, but for a project manager, or someone in a leadership role, delegating becomes essential to move the team in a unified effective direction. For team members being delegated tasks, they may have the opportunity to add their own creativity to it and make it better, gain new skills, or strengthen existing skills. I liked the message the article was bringing across, though I'm not sure I was that fond of the Picasso example. I understood it, but I don't think it was the best example.

Have a good day,
