Harris is not the first person since it already exists.Affordable housing was first targeted under the Clinton/Gore Admin lowering it to an all time low and its at the worse its ever been with unaffordable housing under the Biden/Harris Admin.  

This will allow for you to pursue legal action "eviction" if ever needed for non payment or negligence as a tenant. if you rent out the basement separately but it is not a legal unit, the court will not allow you to pursue an eviction.

Just like wealth, knowledge compounds overtime to something much larger than you ever imagined it could be.

At some point, and I think we've actually hit that point after the second hurricane in a month or whatever its been, is that people are going to be tired of dealing with these massive storms and the ever increasing rise in insurance rates.
