I just looked up that intersection and it’s west of Prescott st which my PM has said the quality of the area can start to vary.  

Melanie, while you and your "true" support team (...and, you already know who they are) are driving, seat-belted and cautiously, yet bad-***, full-speed ahead down that road named "Ain't For Everybody", past the intersection of 'Nothing Ventured/Nothing Gained', and you (inevitably) reach a roadblock in the form of needing a marketing and/or CRM solution, look for me.

If you're marketing the property correctly, you should have at least 5 applicants if not more.You need to market the rental extensively through:- Craigslist- Facebook Marketplace- asking existing tenants for referrals- Zillow- seeking out Property Managers managing other properties in the area (they might get calls from tenant prospects but they don't have any vacancies)- put multiple signs (if allowed by your city) in busy intersections- Apartments.com- Rentalhouses.com- Rent.com- same thing with PM, call other landlords in the area- GoSection8.com (once you get your units section 8 qualified)

Find the intersection of Cleveland Ave and Weber road, and look for the giant hidden dick in the map (hint: just northwest of Cleveland and Weber)...

This stone siding on the front of the house, under a porch overhand, is falling off the side of the house.The concrete porch is also cracked all the way across, right by the edge of the front door, intersecting with this issue.What do you think, is it A) A foundation sinking issue, or B) Just heavy stone falling off its adhesive, and a separate issue on the concrete porch?

We were just contacted by the owner of a vacant land lot in a nice area/intersection in Minneapolis, MN.We aren't sure if we can do anything with it & I figured I'd post the question here hoping that some experts in land buying/flipping would chime in.We thought about contacting local developers/builders & commercial agents, but any help or ideas would be appreciated.I believe it is zoned for residential since the owner said you could build up to a tri-plex on it.Thanks,JvM
