Vacant Land From Probate Seller Lead...

We were just contacted by the owner of a vacant land lot in a nice area/intersection in Minneapolis, MN.

We aren't sure if we can do anything with it & I figured I'd post the question here hoping that some experts in land buying/flipping would chime in.

We thought about contacting local developers/builders & commercial agents, but any help or ideas would be appreciated.

I believe it is zoned for residential since the owner said you could build up to a tri-plex on it.

Thanks,

JvM
